Monthly Retainers (Social Media, SEO, etc.)

- Cancelled within 48 hours → 50% refund
- No-shows without notice → No refund
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Client-caused delays leading to cancellation
- Change of mind after 50%+ project completion
- Subjective creative preference differences after agreed revisions are completed
- External business changes (closure, pivot, ownership change)
- Third-party platform policy changes (Meta, Google, Shopify, etc.)
- After final delivery and Client approval
- Rush/expedited projects once work has commenced

7. Pause Policy
Projects may be paused for up to 60 calendar days with written request. No refunds are issued for paused projects. Projects paused beyond 60 days without communication may be treated as cancelled.
