Refund and Cancellation Policy

By making a payment to BizWiz Digital Agency, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully before proceeding.

1. General Refund Position

2. Cancellation Before Work Commences

48-Hour Full Refund Window

Cancel within 48 hours of advance payment with no work initiated → full refund minus payment gateway fees (typically 2–3%). Email bizwizdigitalagency@gmail.com

7-Day Window (No Work Commenced)

Cancel within 7 days with no work commenced → 75% refund. "Work commenced" includes: completion of onboarding/discovery call, submission of questionnaire, any internal research or design initiated, or any third-party procurement.

  2. Include: full name, business name, invoice/transaction reference number, date of payment, reason for request
  3. BizWiz will respond within 3–5 business days with the applicable refund amount based on project completion status

Unilateral chargebacks may result in suspension of services, withholding of completed deliverables, and legal pursuit of outstanding amounts. BizWiz maintains comprehensive records of all client communications, milestones, and deliverables.

7. Pause Policy

Projects may be paused for up to 60 calendar days with written request. No refunds are issued for paused projects. Projects paused beyond 60 days without communication may be treated as cancelled.
