1. Nature of Our Services
Our services include web design and development, branding and identity design, performance marketing, social media management, AI-powered automation, SEO/AEO/GEO services, and consulting — all delivered as digital files, live websites, reports, and online sessions. No physical products are shipped under standard service offerings.

All timelines commence from: (1) receipt of advance payment, AND (2) receipt of all required client materials and approvals.
4. Service Onboarding After Payment
Within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation you will receive:
- Welcome email with project start date and team contact
- Onboarding questionnaire / detailed brief form
- Project timeline document
- Dedicated WhatsApp communication channel
5. Website Project Delivery
- Phase 1 — Design Mockups: Delivered as Figma files or staging previews for review and approval
- Phase 2 — Development Build: Delivered on a staging environment or Vercel preview URL
- Phase 3 — Revisions: Incorporated based on client feedback within agreed revision rounds
- Phase 4 — Final Launch: Deployed to live domain upon final approval and receipt of final payment
- Post-Launch: Source code access, CMS credentials, and hosting details shared via secure methods
6. Branding Deliverables
Final brand assets are delivered as a Brand Asset Pack including:
- Logo files in SVG, PNG, PDF, and AI/EPS formats
- Brand guidelines document (PDF)
- Color codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK) and font files/license details
- Social media profile kit (where included)
7. Post-Delivery Review Period
The Client has 3–5 business days to review final deliverables and raise concerns within agreed scope. If no feedback is received within 7 business days of delivery, the deliverable is considered approved and accepted. Standard post-launch website support (bug fixes only) is 14 calendar days.
8. No Physical Shipment
BizWiz does not ship any physical goods — no printed materials, hardware, devices, or merchandise — unless a specific branded merchandise project has been separately agreed upon in writing with its own shipping arrangements and costs.
9. International Clients
BizWiz serves clients in India, UAE, USA, UK, Singapore, and Australia. All deliverables are provided digitally — geography is no barrier. BizWiz operates in IST (UTC+5:30), Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. There are no additional delivery costs for international clients.
