OUR COMMITMENT

At BizWiz Digital Agency, we stand behind the quality of our work. We believe you should only pay for value you can see, which is why we offer a Money-Back Guarantee on our Trial Pack.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• All 7 deliverables must have been delivered — the refund guarantee applies after you receive the complete Trial Pack, not before or during delivery.
• The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable.
• The onboarding form must have been completed — if the client did not provide required information for us to begin work, this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

The guarantee is designed for clients who genuinely feel the deliverables did not meet the value promise. It is not intended for cases where the client simply changed their mind about using our services before reviewing the work.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Ad spend paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or any other advertising platform — these are third-party charges outside our control.
• Custom retainer services — retainer agreements have separate cancellation and refund terms outlined in the individual service agreement.
• Partially completed engagements where the client discontinued cooperation before all deliverables were completed, without valid reason.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Email us at bizwidigitalagency@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Business Name]"
• Step 2: Include your payment receipt or transaction ID, the date you received the final deliverable, and a brief explanation of why the deliverables did not meet your expectations.
• Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with confirmation.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once a refund is approved:

• The refund amount of ₹1,999 (or the international equivalent paid) will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated from our end.

CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY

If you wish to cancel the Trial Pack before any work has begun (i.e., before the onboarding form is submitted and the audit has started):

• A full refund of ₹1,999 will be issued within 5–10 business days.
• Once the onboarding form is submitted and the audit process has started, cancellation is not possible — however, you remain protected by our money-back guarantee upon receiving all deliverables.
