DIGITAL-ONLY DELIVERY

BizWiz Digital Agency provides digital services exclusively. All deliverables — reports, brand assets, content calendars, roadmaps, creatives, and strategy documents — are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

The standard delivery timelines for our services are as follows:

• Trial Pack (₹1,999): All 7 deliverables are completed and delivered within 7 calendar days from the date you submit the completed onboarding form.
• Audit kickoff: Your Business Audit & Competitive Analysis begins within 24 hours of onboarding form submission.
• Strategy Call: The 30-minute Co-Founder Strategy Call is scheduled at a mutually convenient time, typically within the 7-day delivery period or shortly after.
• Retainer Services: Delivery timelines for retainer engagements are defined in the individual service agreement and depend on scope.

Note: Delivery timelines may be extended if the client does not provide required information, access, or responses in a timely manner (within 24–48 hours of request).

DELIVERY FORMAT

Deliverables are provided in the following formats:

• Reports & Documents: PDF and/or Google Docs/Sheets (shared via Google Drive with your email)
• Brand Assets & Creatives: High-resolution PNG, JPG, and editable source files (PSD, AI, Canva links, or Figma files as applicable)
• Content Calendar: Google Sheets or Excel format with all content slots, hooks, captions, and scheduling details
• Marketing Roadmap: PDF presentation with phased strategy, timelines, and KPIs
• Ad Campaign: Set up directly in your Meta/Google Ads account (access must be provided by client)
• Strategy Call: Conducted via Google Meet or Zoom; recording provided upon request

DELIVERY CHANNELS

We deliver work through the following channels:

• Google Drive: A dedicated shared folder for all documents, reports, and assets
• Email: Official delivery notifications and links sent to your registered email address
• WhatsApp: Progress updates and quick file sharing
• Direct Platform Access: For ad campaigns, we work directly within your ad accounts

WHAT COUNTS AS "DELIVERED"

A deliverable is considered "delivered" when:

• The completed file or asset has been uploaded to the shared Google Drive folder AND
• A notification has been sent to the client via email or WhatsApp confirming the delivery AND
• The client has been given access to view and download the file

For ad campaigns: delivery is considered complete when the campaign is live and running in the client's ad account with the agreed-upon targeting and creative assets.

For strategy calls: delivery is considered complete when the call has been conducted at the scheduled time.

REVISIONS

The Trial Pack includes one round of minor revisions on design deliverables (brand assets and social media creatives), requested within 48 hours of delivery. Major scope changes or additional revisions may require a separate agreement.

Retainer clients receive revision policies as outlined in their individual service agreements.
